Terryll Bailey
Terryll Bailey is president of The Allison Group, an organizational development consulting firm which specializes in developing and implementing skill standards.
The firm has demonstrated expertise in skill standards work, and since 1999 Ms. Bailey has been a member of the prestigious Technical Advisory Team for the National Skill Standards Board. An accomplished facilitator and project manager, Ms. Bailey has over twenty years of experience in the field of personal and professional effectiveness, with an emphasis on training and management. Her professional background includes the position of vice president of one of the most respected human-resource development organizations in the United States, where she gained proven experience in management, sales and operations. In 1986 she was named one of the Outstanding Young Women in America, and in 2000 she was named to Who's Who as an outstanding expert in her field.
